Founded in 2013 in Dubai by interior designer and artist Louise Duggan, Ophelia Art Consultancy delivers bespoke art solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. With over two decades of experience in the region and a UK office established in 2022, we offer expert art direction from concept through to installation—always on time and within budget.

Louise began her career as an interior designer for high-end hospitality projects, before transitioning into the art world to combine her design sensibility with her passion for visual storytelling. As Managing Director, she leads a team dedicated to curating meaningful and impactful environments that reflect the unique character of each project.
