Mentoring & Business Coaching for Creatives at a Turning Point

A responsive, two-way mentoring relationship that helps you untangle where you are and shape what comes next.

There are moments in a creative life when ideas are there, but direction isn’t. When you know you want to move forward, but need perspective, structure, and someone who understands both the creative and business realities.
This isn’t about being told what to do — it’s about having a thoughtful, experienced mentor alongside you.

What Makes This Mentoring Different.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all programme or a set of generic coaching tools.

It’s a responsive, two-way mentoring relationship — shaped by deep listening, lived experience, and practical business insight. We work with what’s really going on for you, not just what you think you should be focusing on.

We go deep when it matters, stay grounded and practical, and always keep an eye on forward movement — so clarity turns into action, not overwhelm.

A relaxed, no-pressure conversation to see if this feels right.

How I Work With You

Your creative work and your business aren’t separate — they’re deeply connected.

When we work together, we start with where you are right now. We look at what’s feeling unclear or heavy, what’s already working, and what wants to move forward.

Each session is a conversation, not a checklist. I listen closely, reflect back what I’m hearing — including what often goes unsaid — and help you untangle ideas into something clearer and more workable.

You’ll leave with perspective, direction, and practical next steps, supported by a written recap after each session so nothing gets lost between calls.

This is thoughtful, responsive mentoring — shaped around you, not a programme.

Why This Mentoring Works

This mentoring is shaped by lived experience — not theory alone.

I’ve spent years navigating the realities of creative work, business-building, and personal change. I understand what it’s like to reach points where things no longer fit, where confidence wobbles, or where the next step feels hard to see.

Alongside professional experience, my work is informed by deep personal reflection and ongoing inner work. That means I can sit comfortably with uncertainty, complexity, and emotion — without losing sight of forward movement.

This isn’t about fixing you or offering surface-level advice. It’s about thoughtful support that helps you make sense of where you are, recognise your strengths, and move forward with clarity and intention.

Is This For You?

  • This mentoring is likely a good fit if you:

    – are a creative or artist at a turning point

    – feel ready to move forward but unsure of the next step

    – want support that includes both creative confidence and business clarity

    – value thoughtful conversation over quick fixes

    – are open to reflection, honesty, and practical action

It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a rigid programme or a one-size-fits-all formula.

What You Can Expect

Creative Confidence & Perspective

We’ll explore what’s holding you back, reconnect you with your creative voice, and build confidence that feels grounded rather than forced.

Business Clarity & Direction

We’ll work through the practical side of your creative work — pricing, structure, planning, and next steps — in a way that makes sense for you and your goals.

Thoughtful Reflection + Action

Each session ends with clear takeaways and a written recap, so insights don’t get lost and you can move forward with confidence between sessions.

How We Can Work Together

There are a few ways we can structure our work together, depending on what you need and the level of support you’re looking for.

Single Deep-Dive Session

60 minutes – £75

Sometimes you don’t need a programme.
You need space to think clearly.

A Deep-Dive Session is a focused, one-off conversation designed to help you untangle something specific — pricing, direction, confidence, positioning, or a decision you’re circling.

You arrive with what’s on your mind.
We work through it properly.

Afterwards, you’ll receive a written recap with key reflections and suggested next steps, so you leave with clarity — not just conversation.

This is ideal if:

  • You need focused support around one issue

  • You’re preparing for a change or opportunity

  • You want experienced, honest input on your next move

Mentorship Package

6 Sessions – £420

For creatives who want continuity and depth — with flexibility.

You purchase six sessions to use within an agreed timeframe (typically three to four months), and we shape the rhythm around your needs.

Some clients prefer:

  • Two sessions per month

  • One session per month

  • Weekly sessions during a focused period

We decide together what supports you best.

You’ll receive:

  • Gentle reflection prompts where helpful

  • A written recap after every session

  • The option to email or message between sessions if something needs brief clarification or grounding

This isn’t a rigid programme.
It’s structured support, responsive to where you are.

Ongoing Mentorship Retainer

£280 per month
(Up to 4 sessions per month)

Designed for creatives who want consistent support as they build momentum.

This option suits creatives navigating a period of change, growth, or transition — where regular conversation helps build clarity, structure, and sustained momentum. It allows space to go deeper, revisit themes, and move forward with accountability and support.

Includes:
• Up to four 60-minute sessions per month
• Priority booking
• Written session recaps
• One unused session may roll over to the following month
• No minimum commitment

Sessions are intended to be used within each calendar month to maintain continuity and progress.

This option suits launch phases, growth periods, or times of transition when steady guidance makes a difference.

Focused Mentorship Tracks

While mentoring is always responsive and shaped around you, many clients choose to focus their sessions around a particular theme — especially in Deep-Dive sessions or within the 6-session package.

Pricing Your Work

For artists who feel unsure, inconsistent, or underconfident about pricing.
We look at value, positioning, sustainability, and how your pricing supports your wider goals.

Portfolio & Positioning Review

An honest, constructive review of your portfolio and how you’re presenting yourself — online and offline.
Includes clarity around audience, opportunities, and next steps.

Social Media With Substance

Not growth hacks.
Not trends for the sake of it.
Instead, we look at how to use social media in a way that reflects your voice, builds trust, and supports your business long term.

Let’s Talk

If you’re at a turning point and this feels like it might be the right kind of support, the best place to start is a conversation.

A discovery call is a relaxed, no-pressure space to talk about where you are, what you’re navigating, and whether this mentoring feels like a good fit — for both of us.
