I’ve followed a creative path that’s taken many forms—but it’s always been rooted in making, connecting, and building. After earning my degree in Art & Design, I began in interior design, working on hotel and hospitality projects in London and Dubai. From there, I moved into the gallery world, handling the commercial side—sourcing artwork for projects and collaborating with artists, clients, and curators.

Eventually, I founded my own consultancy and launched (and later sold) a framing company—building everything from the ground up without a business degree, just a clear vision, passion, and a willingness to figure it out as I went.

After 23 years in Dubai, I returned to the UK with canvases, four dogs, and a quiet determination to rebuild. In the year that followed, everything shifted—personally and professionally. I threw myself back into my creative practice, reconnected with my purpose, and finally made space to reflect on the patterns and pressures I’d carried for years.

It was during this time of reflection that I received a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis—an unexpected discovery that brought deep clarity and a sense of relief. It helped me understand not just how I think and work, but why I’ve always carved my own path.

Throughout my career, I’ve navigated burnout, lived with depression, and reinvented myself more than once. I know the terrain because I’ve walked it—building businesses from scratch, pushing through creative blocks, and redefining success on my own terms.

In 2024, I founded Sussex Creative Art Network CIC—a community interest company dedicated to creating opportunities, spaces, and support for creatives to thrive together. It’s another way I’m helping build a stronger, more connected creative community.

Now, I bring that experience into my coaching—supporting others to grow their creative practice in ways that feel sustainable, personal, and true.
