Founded in 2013 in Dubai by interior designer and artist Louise Duggan, we have built a reputation for delivering creative, thoughtful, and visually impactful artwork solutions. In 2022, we expanded our presence with a UK office, allowing us to bring our unique approach to a broader international audience.

Our Process: From Vision to Installation

We begin by proposing artwork concepts that reflect your brand identity, align with your project vision, and meet budget expectations.
We review feedback from the design development stage and incorporate it into the evolving artwork direction, ensuring each piece meets your standards.
All concepts are reviewed to ensure compliance with local codes and cultural sensitivities, while maintaining a balance of aesthetic appeal, conceptual meaning, and the ambience created for guests.
We finalise the artwork direction, including mediums, deliverables, and scheduling—ensuring all aspects are clearly communicated and approved.
We deliver a comprehensive Specification Document, ready for tender and approved for construction, covering all artwork and accessories.

Optional Production Support

While not required for every project, we offer full production oversight and artist coordination services to support a seamless execution phase.

Production Services Include:

Provide execution methodology for/with the artist based on specified mediums
Share detailed project timelines with the artist/supplier
Set up regular meetings to monitor progress and support execution
Facilitate communication between all parties to ensure any changes are implemented
Submit material or artwork samples for client approval, when applicable
Conduct site visits before installation to identify any potential obstacles and report findings
Manage on-site installation for both timing and aesthetics
Secure final signatures upon delivery and handover of completed installations

Overview:
Address Beach Resort, an iconic architectural landmark, required a curated artwork program that reflected its luxurious, modern aesthetic and beachfront location. Our goal was to deliver an art experience that enhanced the spatial elegance of the interiors while aligning with the brand’s refined identity.

Our Role:

Curated artwork concepts for public spaces, suites, and dining areas
Commissioned custom artwork inspired by oceanic and desert landscapes
Coordinated with regional artists and fabricators to produce site-specific installations
Delivered complete artwork specification documentation and installation support

Outcome:
The final installations fused organic textures with contemporary forms, offering a serene yet striking visual impact. The artwork complemented the resort’s architecture and interiors, helping to establish a cohesive sense of place and luxury.
