The Address Beach Resort sits within an iconic landmark designed by Killa Design — two 77-story towers joined by a spectacular sky bridge. The building has earned international acclaim, including the record for the world's tallest infinity pool inside a building.

Ophelia Art Consultancy was awarded the complete artwork package for the Guestrooms, Suites, Corridors, and Public Areas.

As a beach resort, we took inspiration from the themes of water, fluidity, and movement to shape our artwork development. Working closely with the talented team at KCA International, we paid particular attention to capturing the perfect blues and greens that would complement the overall interior design vision.

We curated and developed a collection using ink and water-based artworks, chosen for their luminous, translucent qualities — evoking the delicate power and ever-changing nature of water itself. Through careful layering of colour and texture, we brought a sense of light, energy, and natural flow into each space.

In the award-winning Li'Brasil restaurant, we commissioned a locally based artist to create bespoke artworks. It felt fitting that a Lebanese-Brazilian artist developed paintings for this beautiful fusion restaurant, adding another meaningful layer to the story of the space.
